Quotes and pricing
Prices published on this site are planning ranges for typical single-family homes in the Austin metro, not offers. The written quote you receive after an on-site assessment is fixed for the scope described in it. Work outside that scope is discussed and agreed before it is carried out.
Scheduling and access
Installation dates depend on equipment availability and city inspection scheduling. Someone eighteen or older must provide access to the property and to the utility spaces involved.
Permits and inspections
We pull the required plumbing permit for replacements and attend the inspection. Where a property has pre-existing unpermitted work, correcting it may be a condition of passing inspection and is quoted separately.
Warranties
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which typically requires documented annual maintenance. Our workmanship is warranted separately for the period stated on your invoice. Freeze damage, damage from water quality where recommended maintenance was not performed, and damage from work carried out by others are not covered.
Payment
Payment terms appear on your quote. Installations generally involve a deposit at scheduling and the balance on completion and inspection.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Texas law.
