What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the name, phone number, email address, service address or city, and the message you write. When you call us we collect what you tell us on the phone. The site itself records standard server log information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, quote and schedule work, and keep a service record for warranty purposes. We do not use your details for anything else.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than where it is necessary to do the work you asked for — for example filing a manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf, or a permit application with your city. We do not sell contact information and we do not pass it to lead brokers.
Cookies, analytics and third-party tracking
This site runs a third-party visitor-analytics script. It records the page you are on, the address you arrived from, and any query string or anchor in the URL, and it may set cookies or other identifiers in your browser to recognise return visits. That data is processed by the analytics provider on our behalf so that we can see which pages bring us calls.
We do not run advertising networks on this site and we do not sell the data. If you would rather not be measured, most browsers let you block third-party scripts and cookies, and the site works normally with them blocked.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for two years. Service records for work we performed are kept for the life of the equipment warranty, because manufacturers ask for them.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing or calling us, and we will confirm once it is done.
