We install, repair, replace, maintain and descale tankless water heaters in Austin and the five cities north of it. That is the entire list. We do not run drain cleaning trucks or bid on repipes, and the narrowness is the point: the flow sensors, flame rods, igniters and descaling kits that turn a two-visit repair into a one-visit repair are on the truck because there is nothing else competing for the space.

Every replacement we do is permitted. That is not a selling point so much as the law — the City of Austin and all five surrounding cities require a plumbing permit for a water heater replacement — but it is worth saying, because the quotes that come in a few hundred dollars under ours are often the ones that skip it. An unpermitted gas and venting job is a problem you inherit at resale, and it is a problem your insurer can lean on after a fire.

We also try to be straight about when tankless is the wrong call. If you are selling in six months, if your panel cannot carry an electric unit and there is no gas at the house, or if your existing tank is three years old and healthy, the honest answer costs us the job and we give it anyway. It is a small metro and reputation compounds faster than revenue.

Licensed and insured in the State of Texas. Written flat-rate quotes before work begins. Old equipment hauled away and recycled as part of the job.

How we work

The quote is the price

We put the whole job in writing — unit, gas, venting, permit, haul-away — before anyone starts. If we find something behind a wall we stop and talk to you rather than adding a line item.

Sizing before selling

We measure incoming water temperature, gas line size and peak fixture demand. An undersized unit is the most common reason people are unhappy with tankless, and it is entirely avoidable.

Maintenance is part of the job

Every install gets isolation valves and a written descaling interval. In Central Texas water, an unmaintainable tankless unit is a short-lived one.

We say no when it fits

Repair over replacement when the exchanger is sound. A good condensing tank over tankless when the house cannot support the upgrade.

Six services, six cities

Everything we do is on one of these pages. If your question is not answered there, call and ask — we would rather spend five minutes on the phone than have you book the wrong service.
